Where are my bills and your notifications?

I have my own email and don't really use the plusnet mail account.  My billing arrangements have changed and I assume that you have sent me a notification a about this but because I haven't access the email now when I go into the account to see what's going on I can't see anything because someone has decided to archive all of the emails.  If you are using this system as the only means of communication to your customers don't you think that's a pretty dumb thing to do?  Anyway it would be good if you sent them back but how do you know who I am?  I would phone about this but it will take half an hour of waiting so I'm told......

The likely reason for archiving is that you have exceeded the mailbox size restriction and ignored all the warning emails (because you never check them presumably)
If you never check the Plusnet email account is there a reason why you haven't changed your contact email address in the portal
Regardless of that your email communications can also be seen here https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search if you put in the relevant dates

When you say the billing arrangements have changed I assume that you are referring to the amounts - if this is the case have a look in the Announcements section of this Forum as it may well explain it
