Webmail - multi-part message in MIME format.

I have an email from DPD which should be showing tracking info for a delivery but instead of showing the email as per Outlook it informs me that it's a multi-part message in MIME format.
How can I get the email to show correctly in webmail while I'm away from my main PC.
Thanks.

Re: Webmail - multi-part message in MIME format.

You can't,  it's a problem related to the way DPD have encoded the message and Webmail not liking it!
The problem has been raised a few times before (e.g. https://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,128414.0.html)
From looking into it previously,  it's possible that the problem has been fixed in a newer version of RoundCube,  but we'll have to wait for PlusNet to upgrade to see if it helps.

Thanks for the reply and link.
It's not a major issue as I will be back home tomorrow anyway.

Re: Webmail - multi-part message in MIME format.

Forward it to an outlook based acount which will parse it correctly or another webmail such as yahoo.
I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!

Re: Webmail - multi-part message in MIME format.

I had thought of just logging in to the PC at home using Teamviewer and using Outlook but, as I said, I was due home anyway.
I just wondered whether I had missed a setting in Webmail.
Thanks anyway.

If I ever receive an email from DPD at any point then I'll let you know. I sometimes use the latest Roundcube install.
