Hello,
I have switched to Windows 10 and have a few issues regarding emails.
I can't seem to find an easy link to the Webmail logon page.
In the webmail video the presenter clicks on 'My Account' followed by 'Broadband, Phone & TV and is presented with the following...
Then the presenter clicks on Email (Top Left) and & presented with the Webmail Login page.
But when I click on "My Account" and "Broadband, Phone & TV" all I get is Jason Manford waving his arms about.
I've used Internet Explorer & Chrome browsers, both produce the same result.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

@christmas The easiest way, once you are logged into your account, is to scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'Email' tab - NOT the 'find out more' banner, but the tab itself.

Thankyou very much for the rapid response.
I have a vague memory of there used to be an obvious 'Webmail' link at the top of the screen, without having to first log in to ones account.
What a pavlova.
Thanks again

I THINK that was on the old SMF forum software, retired some years ago. Although I don't use webmail (see your other topic), I have the the start page as a bookmark, which removes the need to go via the Account login route.
