Hi there, I too have an old madasafish email address still used as our primary email. I wish to change the password as I wish to heighten my email security.
However, I now live in France, and don't have a member account any more, I just use the webmail through Outlook on my pc.
How can I change the password as its not obvious from the webmail pages.

Thanks for getting in touch.
The primary method of changing the password would be either using the "forgotten password" link on the webmail login screen, or, via the Member Centre. However, as you've specified that you no longer know the MC username, it may be a case of contacting one of my colleagues in the Customer Services team on 0800 328 4620 so that they can arrange for the p/w to be manually reset for you if the "forgotten password" link doesn't resolve the issue.
