Webmail - Access to additional mailbox...

Hi, 

I'm attempting to access my mailbox (which is the not default), however when I log into Webmail I only have the default address mailbox, how do I access the other mailbox?

Ideally I'd like to redirect the email to another account however I can't seem to do that either.

Hi @SeanB 

On the webmail login screen

Username:  your_plusnet_username+additional_email mailbox_name

So if my plus net username is danthevan and the additional mailbox is dan the username would be danthevan+dan

Password:  password for mail box dan

Hope this makes sense.
