Hi Plusnet Support Guys,
Can you please explain to me why suddenly the Webmail is REFRESHING frequently taking ages to do the refresh and not allowing one to do any other function during its lengthy REFRESH cycle and also when you first login to your email account it either displays only the INBOX and other folders are NOT there or the INBOX is totally empty.
Also noticed lately that when you manage to get into the INBOX and read the message and delete it the Server Error comes up.
All these unexpected REFRESH and Server errors are taking awful long time and it is now becoming VERY FRUSTRATING. Can you guys please sort this issue out quickly before I change my mind about PN?
I would be interest to know if there are other users having same or sim ilar issues lately.
