Re: Web Mail

Do you mean that there’s no mail in YOUR mailbox? Mail and webmail are working fine.

Have you ignored (or not seen) email FUP warning emails sent to your default email address? See your recent tickets using the link below. If your emails have been archived due to exceeding the FUP for over 3 weeks, they can be restored by asking staff here to do so.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: Web Mail

Hi there.

Could I ask you to expand on this?

As far as I'm aware we're still providing an email service though if you have a email only account it'd be free of charge now.

Do you mind me asking what you mean by "struggling to save sent copy"?

Re: Web Mail

In Thunderbird, if you go into Account Settings and select the Copies & Folders display, is there

  • a tick in the Place a copy in checkbox at the top;
  • the "Sent" Folder on radio button selected; and
  • the name of the account in the selection box?

Re: Web Mail

Thanks for getting back to us @stathe

I'd recommend trying the steps that @spraxyt has advised of letting us know how it goes?

Re: Web Mail

@stathe I'm afraid we can't remove the e-mails on your behalf.

It may be worth setting up a mail client to delete the e-mails.

We have a guide on how to do this here.

In addition make sure you use IMAP as the server type or you'll end up with no e-mails in webmail
