WEBMAIL Message can't be sent

as screenshot can anyone advise why I can't send this webmail?

Attachments 3 jpegs, under 200kb in total.

 When I press send I get the "star" appear for a second then red fail box.

Occasionally have issue with not being able to save drafts which I had separate thread on.

Any Attachments with an email seem to set this going. It can be one or more KB near the supposed limit. It all is a big nuisance when pictures are involved. I find it strange that I get emails with such attachments quite reliably that cannot be forwarded, sometimes when the original sender is another plus.com user and supposedly should be similarly affected.

Thanks; as my Outlook was kaput was restricted to webmail.

Fortunately have a couple of TalkTalk addresses, and in their webmail went with no issue.

PN should sort this defect out.
