VM Spam emails not getting trapped

Do you have any idea why the "known" Voice Mail spam - virus carrying emails are not getting marked as SPAM and / or trapped as a known virus please?  Here's the email headers for a recent email which arrived in my inbox.

If you view the Spam settings in Manage My Mail and choose the relevant domain in the selection box is spam protection turned on?

Yes it is (all domains the same)...

Spam filtering enabled

Add [-SPAM-] to subject

Move to a SPAM management mailbox

Aggressiveness: 4

AV Filtering: Yes
