Using Gmail to View Plusnet Email

When using Gmail to view PN email, is it possible to delete an email from the PN server if I delete the email in Gmail?

If so, what setting do I need to change to do this?

Why would an email be on both the Plusnet and GMail web server?

The email is on the PN server, but what I was asking is whether deleting it from Gmail would give an instruction for it to be deleted from the PN server.

If I view my PN emails via Webmail and delete them, they are deleted from the PN server and cannot be downloaded.

Webmail is useless and full of errors, but that's all discussed in-depth on another thread, so I'm trying to find another way of reliably viewing my emails via a browser before I download.
