- That's not something I can see.

@Townman might be best option
Tony, I will do as @Townman suggests and hopefully do that soon.
FWIW there were another 5 such emails yesterday the 13th November ![]()
I hope that when your tech team see the full headers of some of the emails that they can put a stop to them "once & for all" as it is becoming increasingly annoying....especially bearing in mind the particular account.

Hi
I do not.
As far as I can see all is correct, and also the fact it has happened to others is not a one off coincident.
To change the password I will need to go back to madasafish and I do not believe my password has been compromised..
I have given up now.with regards getting back my emails they have gone for good.
Since the loss on the 13th all other emails received have stayed where they should be unless I do delete them.
Everything has gone crazy. with plusnet and my email servise, I have never had the trouble i am having now in 30 years.
The imap server keeps shutting down on me. "imap server shut down by signal " plus a miriad of other messages.appear as to reasons I cannot sometimes send email.
Sometimes I cannot send anything and the mail gets returned.
Having lost all inbox messages prior to the 13th I am now worried that I will lose all my folders with the really important stuff in them.
I am going to have to migrate the folders to another email provider.
Thanks for trying to help Tony.

FWIW
Though I have been reporting the Spam I am still a steady trickle of them across 3 off my mailboxes.
Fingers crossed that the flow will cease in due course.

Sadly, I am still seeing a steady stream of the Spam emails.
The numbers might not be huge but are a continuing irritation ![]()

Finally, an update on the migration plan.
Found this in 'My Tickets' as a 'closed' question.
Not sure it improves my expectations! 😉
