Unknown user

Hi,
Just been into the Member Centre >email, logged in with my username and get a reply "uknown user or password",  was i supplied with a e-mail name and password? if so, why was i not told it?, it's the same username and password i use for the forum and Member Centre.

First - don't use the same password for the forums as for the member centre
Regarding email - to log into the email you first need to have set up an email address.
If you go to https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=myemail&s=1&redirected=yes&?membermenu=emailsettings and go to Manage My Mail you will see the Mailboxes you have set up.
To access them in webmail the format is username+mailboxname for the account

Thanks Oldjim, guess i'm used to other ISP's providing the address and i supply the password.
