Unable to send email

Since having a problem with my mobile account I am unable to send emails from both my iPhone and iPad it keeps saying that my login or password for mail account is wrong. This is not correct I have checked and checked again the correct password is used. The admin on the mobile account says it is a broadband issue so hence this question

Hi @privert4587 I'm sorry to see you're still having problems with your email service. I've private messaged you back, but for visibility I've checked through your broadband and email account and I can't see any issues with this.

Just to confirm and narrow down where the issue may lie, are you able to log in, send and receive mail at http://webmail.plus.net? Let us know how it goes and we'll go from there.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role within Plusnet.
