Unable to send email

I Try to send a very short e mail and it does not work I get this ___
The message could not be sent because its size exceeded the server's limit. You can use the option, located in Tools | Accounts | Properties | Advanced, to break messages into smaller parts. Sorry to hear you're having problems
Can you raise a support ticket containing the sender address, recipient address, subject line and approximate time/date of one of these failed attempts to send email? The content of the email would also be of help. I /should/ be able to work out what's going on then. I suspect our outbound spam filters don't like the content and/or sender/recipient address.
