Unable to login to Plusnet webmail

Everytime I have tried to log on to Plusnet Webmail tonight has been unsuccessful.  The page keeps loading and then informs me that I have been unsuccessful.  Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I can send and receive my mail fine.

Logging in takes longer than normal but eventually works for me. But then the Inbox fails to load eventually coming up with a red box containing "Server Error: unable to load …" something - didn't catch the rest of it.

Just called the CSC - got message that 'they know there is a problem with email and it's being worked on'. I assume the webmail problem falls within the scope of that.
Edit: Service Status just received Email problems (73547) - NEW which confirms the problem affects webmail too.

Yep, a problem's been raised and networks have been called out (ref: 73547). Is it just Webmail you folks are having problems with?
Edit: In fact scrap that, just checked monitoring and I'm guessing it's all mail collection?

POP3 seems OK, but IMAP is VERY slow.

IMAP's likely to be worse. As Webmail relies on IMAP the same applies. The problem started when the mail storage platform started locking up. We've switched over to secondary but that too has panicked. It's likely to be an hour or two at least before we're in the clear
Edit: There's a service status thread open now.

K-9 on Android does seem to be coping with things better than Outlook.

We should be on the mend now folks. Our engineers have managed to get the storage cluster back up and load is coming down nicely. I'll update service status shortly before I retire for the night.

seems the problems back ,i cant log in at the moment ,also earlier i was getting timed out even when id just signed in

Webmail is working OK for me. Normal logon, inbox display and navigation. No time-outs.

i can log in ok today ,but i'm getting an odd random error ,when i click to open a message it sometimes opens a different message ,
also i am getting odd emails sent to the last page (ive got it set up to order by date newest 1st)and most sort correctly but a few end up where the oldest are
a third issue is when opening webmail it will show a new message is there then then it disappears until i refresh the inbox

Does this problem occur if you use a different web browser? If it doesn't then it might be an idea to log out and clear the cache/cookies/session data of the web browser you're using. Be mindful that this will affect other webistes you have information saved for if you do decide to do it.

hi bob ,all browsers ive tried ,i also clean the rubbish of my pc on a regular basis ,
i don't get any of these issues using the basic email
