Unable to create my first e-mail address - me too.

New to PN.
My account was activated to day but I am unable to log-in to Manage my mail inorder to create my first email address. It states the feature not availble with this account?
I noted Beefeater had the same problem and it was resolved by a Ben. Any one help please.

Good evening lladro and welcome to Plusnet 
That's not a problem. New accounts are not created with mailboxes if you enter an existing e-mail address however these can be added. The best thing to do would be to call us on 0845 140 0200 or create a support ticket via http://contactus.plus.net and we can add these for you. Usually as MrT advised the above link would sort the problem and allow you to create a new e-mail address. For future reference you can also get there via http://email.plus.net
I would offer to add these for you however I am not at work at the moment and so I always advise to contact Customer Support directly so we can clear you under DPA and deal with your query as quickly as possible. As always we are available 24 hours a day everyday.
