Unable to create first email address.

Hi
New user of PN
My account was activated about a week ago but I am unable to log in to Manage my Mail in order to create my first email address.  It states that either the feature is not available with this account (PN Extra) or if I am new wait until 30 minutes after my account is created. I did not create an address when signing up.
I note a similar post on this forum was picked up by a moderator who identified the fault....DNS something or other, which then required a wait of some 6-8 hours. Can anyone from PN help please?

I'll have a quick look at your email and report back shortly...
Edit: I had no problems logging in and creating your mailbox, so I created <firstname>@<username>.plus.com. You can rename this or change any of your settings through the Member Centre, please let me know if you have any more trouble.

Have now managed to send myself a mail and read it.
