Unable to access Inbox in webmail

I got a message from Plusnet that my Mailbox was up to 75% capacity. So I logged in to Webmail and tried to download my Inbox (which has over 3000 messages). It wouldn't download, timing out. However, this morning the system has decided to download them and I have deleted a lot of messages. Going forward how can I set up my Inbox such that messages are deleted after say 30 days? Thanks

Hi @britbolton 

 

If you log into your Webmail there should be a "settings" option. If this option is available on our portal then it would be in there. 

 

Honestly, I'm not 100% sure of every single rule and action that is able to be done via our Webmail tool, could you give it a go for me and see if you can find anything that meets yoru needs?

Maybe one of the forums faithful know off the top of their heads if this is possible or not?
