Trying to open - webmail.plus.net - This site can't be reached

I was able to log into webmail.plus.net two days ago but for the last 48 hours have been getting 

This site can’t be reached

The connection was reset.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

This happens on multiply devices and browsers. I have a really old totalise email account which I have been accessing though the plusnet webmail for a long long time and I need to access some important emails. I have no issues on any other website.

Can anybody help please.

@garywag111 Not really my area of expertise, but can you try it on a mobile device on mobile data?

Had a quick Google and THIS site offers a bit of help - possibly.

Brilliant, that seems to have worked, strange as I first discovered the issue on my mobile using 5g but it seems to work now.

Which bit helped - the test on mobile data, or the suggestions in the linked topic - just for clarification?

Sorry, opening webmail on my phone via 5g worked. I am now going though the information in the link to try and get it working on my desktop, which is on my home wifi
