Trying to get email migrated ASAP

I realise you are working your way through but was hoping I could get migrated over as soon as possible please. What do I have to do to make it happen sooner than later. Just want to do it while I am around to be able to deal with it.

It’s not possible to be migrated sooner I am afraid as we are doing them in batches

Essentially there will be nothing to “deal with”.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
