Trend Micro blocking and slowing down my email

Over the last few weeks I have been getting issues with my emails getting to people, either:

  • rejected and not arriving
  • rejected but still arrive
  • or being delayed between 3 hours and 3 days

I see from and old thread in 2012 this has happened before with Trend Micro and PlusNet.

Anyone else? Or just me?

@TJF Welcome to the forums. Without a little more detail, it is hard to answer your question, and I haven't seen any others reporting issues, so it does rather seem to be just you.

In each of the cases you mention above, we really need to see the rejection reports and full email headers - with personal details removed.

It would appear that there are lots of reports of issues using Trend Micro's email filtering services - see Identifying email delays after redirecting mail traffic - Trend Micro Email Security

If you have no problems sending emails direct to Plusnet parties, then the issue must be with your chosen third party email interface service.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
