Having previously used webmail.plus.net I've decided to mainly use Outlook from now on. I successfully installed Outlook, connected via POP and received everything in my Inbox.
However, I have set up nearly 20 sub-folders on webmail and I can't figure out how to get them into Outlook - ideally with the same folder structure. Can someone explain how to do this? I guess one uses an archiving facility but I'm reluctant to try anything for fear of losing dozens of messages.
Many thanks.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Set up outlook to use IMAP rather than POP. That way the folders on the server will be duplicated within your Outlook system.
If you want to use POP, then create a second account on your existing Outlook using IMAP, then drag and drop the folders from the IMAP account to the POP account. If you hold down the Ctrl key while dragging it will create a copy.
Once you are happy that you have got the e-mail in the POP account, delete the IMAP account and then use Webmail to delete the folders on the server.
