Totalise email problems again

I can't send or receive emails on my totalise account from any device or through webmail.  The send and don't bounce back, and when I refresh it says its up to date.  Last email received was Friday 1st April and nothing since

Thanks

David

Re: Totalise email problems again

Do you get any error messages at all?

Is the mailbox full?

Can you log on via webmail and see new mail items?

Re: Totalise email problems again

Hi

No errors or bounced messages.

From webmail I can log on, and there are 80- messages in there.

I've just tried to send a message via web mail.

I get two messages, one red saying unable to send, disk space full, the other in green saying your message has been sent

Re: Totalise email problems again

I think that gives you your answer - your mailbox is full.

Remember that your mail store utilisation includes sent items, anything still in the deleted items folder, other folders ... not just the inbox.

In webmail, check that webmail is "subscribed" to all folders using the folder management options - see the cog wheel at the bottom of the left side panel.

Re: Totalise email problems again

I'd be amazed if the mailbox is full.  I've got less than 50 messages in total.

I've dumped some more and its made no difference

Re: Totalise email problems again

It’s not the number - it’s the size including attachments.

Looking in the folder settings in webmail you can determine the size of the folders. Have you confirmed that webmail is subscribed to all folder?
