Totalise email password change problem

I need to change my totalise email password as it's apparently been accessed around the world recently. So this is pretty urgent now that the suspension has been lifted. I'd presumed I could just log in to my webmail and change it in the settings. Apparently not.

For some reason I only found out yesterday that PlusNet had taken over the emails previously handled by Madasafish!

Have you tried going to the My Account area of the Madasafish website at https://secure.madasafish.com/myaccountdx/summary/ and logging in using your email address and password? I think you should be able to update your password once logged in (ignore the service message).

You can't change your password in webmail.

I'd tried that at the time and it wouldn't let me in. But this morning it has. Possibly the removal of the block on the account hadn't been updated in the madasafish site immediately.
