Totalise email not sending

Since this morning I've not been able to send emails but can receive ok. This is from my totalise account. When checking the server settings I get an error message saying cannot connect to outgoing server. There doesn't seem to be any support available for legacy email systems online. Can someone help?

Sorry to hear you're having problems sending mail.

Are you able to send from webmail.plus.net? This will help narrow down where the problem lies.

Let us know how you get on.
