HI tech guys,
Im having problems with my email (outlook2013: the blue one)regarding the above ticket no .(error 552). Avast add on in outlook is disabled. and now when I click on send and receive a plusnet server dialog box asks for my username and password which doesnt click through and just keeps representing itself.
Help most appreciated.

Hi there,
Error 552 usually means that there's an issue with an attachment that you're trying to send.
I'd check the size of the file you're trying to send, generally anything over a 100mb. If it's any bigger I'd look at an alternate way to share large files.
