Things getting stuck?

My brother is on PN - he sent an email which went via JTN where is apparently got stuck for over two hours.

Did it get stuck though, or were Maplins just a bit lax at sending you the email notification?
Steve, I'll take a look at those examples but could do with the full headers (without the munged addresses if you can PM them to me?). Probs won't get the chance to look until after the weekend though
