Plusnet assist keeps telling me I have a problem. This is clearly true as I can't send emails from one of my accounts. However, when I tell it to "fix" a blank screen loads. When I tell Plusnet assist to ignore it reposts the warning every couple of minutes.
Any ideas? the account that's the problem is one I keep mainly for Samaritans work so I would find it difficult to abandon it.

Is that a Non PlusNet email account ? are you trying to send email via a different ISP mail server ? You will need to change the account to send via the PlusNet server, relay.plus.net

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
