Hi, I'm just migrating from TalkTalk to plusnet & was wondering if anyone could advise me how to redirect e-mails from my talktalk web mail account to my new plusnet account and/or migrate my existing contacts to plusnet ? Many thanks in advance
I suspect that you will need to download the contact to your computer in a suitable format and upload them csv seems an obvious one http://www.choose.net/media/guide/faqs/email-address-switch-broadband.html seems to indicate that you will lose access to the control panel so any redirects must be setup before you leave
