Synchronise folders with Outlook?

I've been using Webmail  more frequently lately as I've had a few issues with my home desktop.  Is there a way to synchronise more than just the Inbox between Webmail and Outlook?  In particular I'd like to be able to get my "sent" emails back on to my desktop once it is up and running again.
I'm running Outlook 2003 on Win XP SP3 if that makes any difference.

Not really as it's a huge subject; time to do what you've said elsewhere and find out what IMAP is and how it might help you.
