Just to confirm that what Anoush said would happen has indeed happened.
My account has been changed to "Plusnet Mail" and my monthly Direct Debit has been changed to £1.06.
My John Lewis Broadband (provided by Plusnet) is better than it had been with Plusnet recently, for instance I'm no longer having buffering issues with iplayer. I'm not sure if this is because of the new 2704n modem & microfilter, or if the John Lewis infrastructure at Plusnet is in some way better.
