Swansea university website in email marked as containing spam or virus

The following website generates the above message : http://specific.eu.com/construction-starts-on-homes-that-will-generate-store-release-their-own-energ... It's obviously the specific.eu.com that causes the error, I've had this before with cuba solidarity and this was the answer : "This page has been flagged as a potential spam/virus source from Cloudmark Global Threat Network and we're trying to remove it from their list." Is it these people again with a false positive? Thanks.

It's possible it's been flagged as spam in error.

Are you able to mark it as not spam when you go to webmail?

I don't know how that is possible, it's not me blocking it.

You should see an option to mark or unmark an email as spam by logging into webmail.plus.net

Ah. Could you PM me the date/time you're trying to send the email, and the email address you're trying to send to?

Try it yourself send an email to yourself containing: http://specific.eu.com/

I've just tried that now using my internal e-mail address to another internal address, and the e-mail was sent successfully and received on the other side. I've also sent an e-mail from my email address in the format of mailbox@username.plus.com to my internal address and that's gone though not received.

I've raised a task with our network operations team to investigate this further and I'll update you when I know more.
