Suspended incoming message

Just received an email entitled "Suspended incoming message"

It tells me I have 6 Suspended incoming messages, and has a large black button saying Click Here to view them and retrieve them.

At first glance I thought it was spam, but I am missing some emails from a mailing list, and it's been sent from "username".plus.com

Is this spam - or not?

I suspect it is spam. Can you check the actual message source?

Definite SPAM - delete!!!
