Suddenly unable to send email

I am unable to send email from my email account using my desktop client.

I am still able to receive email however when i send email it would appear that Outlook cannot log in to relay.plus.net. to send mail.

I was able to send email until Tuesday afternoon (48 hours ago) however yesterday i was unable to send email from any of my email accounts.

I am using Outlook as my email client. has something changed on the plusnet servers? I have not made any changes at the client end.

This happened to me on Wednesday evening. I now can't receive emails either and am locked out of webmail. I use free-online and my mail client is Apple Mail.

For clarity, has this ever worked for you?

Are you still encountering problems?

What is the precise error message?

Are you connecting from the Plusnet network or over 3/4G or a WiFi hot spot?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
