Jumping into this thread as having problems with MY Plusnet emails as well.
Just reinstalled my laptop and have put my email settings back (they are correct), but am not getting ANY emails... However, they ARE going to my Android phone.
I'm set up so that my HOME computer will download the emails and then delete them off the server - but I've been away for a week (am currently travelling home)
Logged into Webmail - nothing.
However - I did get this email (on my phone) about 20 minutes ago

Which is wierd, because my computer will download DAILY all the emails!!!
Any ideas?
