Hello,
I'm not convinced the "Spam" button is working within my SquirrelMail page.
If I "check" the offending messages (in my inbox) and then hit the "spam" button at the top of the page, should those messages be moved to the "Spam" folder? This isn't happening at the moment and the messages are not getting filtered - I keep getting the same messages from the same addresses..
Many thanks in advance.
Stephen

Hi Stephen,
IIRC the 'Spam' button used to move the messages to the Spam folder but a change some time ago stopped this from working. Bear in mind that this button won't train your particular account as to what is or isn't spam. The messages simply get forwarded to our anti-spam suppliers training addresses so they can use them for global training purposes should they desire.
If you want to block messages from particular addresses then you're best advised to use the blacklisting controls on our website.
