I have tried on a number of occasions to sort through my regular emails via webmail to bin my spam however every time I select emails in WM and click spam the page freezes and nothing much happens I refresh and no change.
This sounds to me like I'm being a touch dumb and could appreciate some help from someone younger and wiser on this.
any ideas?

Hi nylonhandle,
I can't state whether I'm either younger or indeed even wiser than yourself! however it sounds like you may have a very high number of messages in your mailbox which is causing it to crash. Can you let me know just the part of the e-mail address before the @ symbol that you are trying to do this for?

@nylonhandle
Are you sure you have a Spam folder set up for your mailbox? If you haven't, I think clicking the Spam button will cause the behaviour you describe.
