Spam email blocking
Over the last month I’ve been getting inappropriate email to my plusnet Email address. I’ve added the senders address to the spam black list but this hasn’t worked. Raised a ticket yesterday to reinstate my plusnet webmail so that e-Mail source information can be retrieved, no feedback from plusnet as yet.
never had issues before this. Never use this e-Mail for what I would say are trusted comms and transactions.
any other tips and can someone from plusnet answer my ticket.
