Anyone else have problems whilst in webmail trying to make Spam instructions stick? tick boxes click spam...........nothing, refreshed and that's it. thoughts guys and gals?
Hi nylonhandle, It looks like you've not set up the spam protection folders yet, hence the lack of action being taken. Have a look at the guide on our website here: http://www.plus.net/support/security/spam/spam_protection_guide.shtml That should let you mark items as spam. Hope that helps,
I seem to have the same problem - but when I checked my setting Spam protection appeared to be turned on. I'll check over the next few days and report back in detail what the exact problem is - not emails in my inbox to tag at present...
