Spam False Positive even though in my white list

Hi
I have been getting an increase in false positives over the few weeks so have been putting the email addresses in my spam white list. Today I got an email from Homebase but it still went in my spam folder. I have my spam settings set to the least aggressive.
Why is it still being identified as spam?
The message header is as follows (modified for security):

Re: Spam False Positive even though in my white list

What exactly did you add to the whitelist?
Based on the message envelope of the bounce, the domain has been changed.
The envelope was bounce-61276091921290083009841@bounce.homebaselife.com, so add bounce.homebaselife.com to the whitelist.

Re: Spam False Positive even though in my white list

I had homebase@homebaselife.com in my whitelist.
I have now amended it to 'bounce.homebaselife.com' and 'homebaselife.com' to see if that cures it.
Thanks
Jeff
