Thanks for sending that over to @Jubby.

I've run a check on the domain and it doesn't appear to be flagging up as spam.

Would you mind sending me a PM with the following information please:

• Full error string
• The non-deliverable report (NDR)
• Email headers (Preferably copy/pasted as opposed to a screenshot)

A full reject string example is as follows:  “There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.”
