2 PN email accounts on webmail,
1 has a column to show who emails are from the other doesn't. I've just spent 20 minutes going round in circles trying to get the 'From' column to show.
Can some point me how to do it please?
Fixed! Go to the fix.
To fix this. With the inbox list displayed
Click the small "List options" icon to the left of the "Subject" header
Make sure From/To, Date, Size, Read status, Attachment and Flag are ticked
Then click "Save"
If the columns don't appear in the desired order, eg
Subject, Read status (blue blob), From, Date, Size, Flag (yellow star), Attachment
drag the column headers across to suit.
You should find in the Sent folder To is shown instead of From.
