Setting up email account on a Mac

I'm having trouble setting up my email account on my mac.

When I provide user name and password is says password could not be sent securely and do I want to continue with an unsecure connection, surely not advisable?

At the moment Plusnet's email systems do not support SSL/TLS security so you will have to choose to continue. Doing this at home should be safe enough but best be careful if you ever use hotspots when out and about.

As spraxyt has advised, we don't support SSL/TLS at the moment so you'll need to select the option to "continue anyway" when setting your e-mail account on a Mac. Let us know how it goes.
