Setting up e-mail Windows 7/Outlook 2007

I'm trying to set up e-mail on my sons new laptop, the machine has 4 named accounts and I want to set it up so that any e-mails go to the specific person, so far all e-mails go to all recipients, how can I stop this please?

I think you need to set up multiple profiles http://support.microsoft.com/kb/829918/en-us

Have you set up multiple mailboxes on Plusnet?
