Send MMS text message from webcam via Plus.net

Hi - got an IP cam which has a PIR sensor - so that if anyone breaks in, it can send photos by email to e.g. my phone.
However ages ago I managed to set up another cam so that it also sent an MMS text message.  Problem is, can't find documentation about how I did it.
So, can I use plus.net account to get IP Cam to send a text message to my phone - or do I need to find a 3rd party supplier?
Cam is Axis, and has FTP/HTTP/Email/TCP notification options.

We don't have an SMS/MMS gateway so you'd probably need to use a third party unless the cam software has this functionality built in?
