Send Error. Plusnet in several DNSRBL?

I'm receiving a few bounced emails reporting the following IP address is blocked: 84.93.230.250.
The reports all point to http://spameatingmonkey.com/lookup/84.93.230.250
But further checking of that IP shows other blocking lists hold it e.g. http://www.dnsgoodies.com/ then put the +Net IP in "Spam Database Check"
This is a snippet from the automated reply:

A message that you sent to the following recipient could not be delivered due to a permanent error.

Client host [84.93.230.250] blocked using bl.spameatingmonkey.net; listed,

Seems to be OK now. I'm not sure the other blocklists are too much to be concerned about.
