Sorry to post what seems a simply daft problem. For various reasons I decided to try again to use the current PlusNet mail tool. I simply cannot see how to search folders for a message. Could somebody tell me what I have missed? Mike.
Hi Mike, To be clear, do you mean the PlusNet Webmail client? Towards the top right of the screen is a search box. That searches within the current folder for the text you type in. By default it searched the SUBJECT and FROM fields. Clicking the small down arrow next to the magnifying glass allows you to expand the search to other fields.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
