Same email keeps being delivered to recipient

Hi 

I am using Outlook for Mac to send emails from my own domain that is hosted by Plusnet.

Last week Outlook crashed while I was composing an email, the email was saved in my draft folder so I continued creating it and sent it. The email that the recipient received was truncated, I tried coping the text from the email in my sent folder and resent it but the same thing happened. Both emails keep being redelivered to the recipient. I've deleted all copies of the email from my Sent folder and there is nothing in my outbox or draft folder, I've restarted Outlook and also restarted my computer but it still keeps reappearing (the email was copied to my alternative email address so I see it as well). Unfortunately the email sent was to my solicitor which is a bit embarrassing.

Anybody got any idea where the problem may be and to fix it.

Welcome to the Community, @kppcl.

I've done a bit of digging on this one and it doesn't immediately seem like anything at our end. 

If you have access to Webmail then it could be worth giving this a try, or alternatively it's also worth trying a different client such as Thunderbird to see if the issue carries over.
