SPF records

Hi,
I have recently moved to PlusNet and am on the static IP option. My Exchange server relays outgoing mail through an SMTP connected set to relay.plus.net and all works well other than the SPF record when sending to hotmail and the like where SPF records are in heavy use. Please could you tell me the correct SPF record I need for my domain to validate my emails which are relayed through your mail servers.
I read a forum post back from 2010 which says to include
v=spf1 mx include:madasafish.com
however this doesn't seem correct? And also 2010 is a little outdated. I read the post here http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,86948.0.html/
Many thanks for your help in advance

Re: SPF records

Why are plusnet staff replying to newer posts than this but not this one. Some advice, feedback, information would be greatly appreciated

Why doesn't it seem correct?
What you're basically doing here is specifying all of the SPF records that fall under the madasafish.com domain:
v=spf1 record for madasafish.com:
v=spf1 ip4:212.159.7.99 ip4:212.159.7.100 ip4:212.159.7.35 ip4:212.159.7.36 ip4:80.189.90.0/26 ip4:80.189.91.0/25 ip4:80.189.92.0/24 ip4:80.189.94.0/24 ip4:212.159.0.10 ip4:212.159.14.0/24 ip4:84.93.230.224/27 -all

Which is exactly what you want. We own madasafish.com and the above subnets encompass all of our outbound mail server addresses.
Edit: just tried sending to an outlook.com address from one of my domains that uses the above SPF record:
spf=pass (sender IP is 84.93.230.227)
