{SOLVED} Help with message being spam blocked

I am trying to send a message to an insurance company.
The response I am getting back is this:-
Received: from relay.ptn-ipout02.plus.net ([212.159.7.36]) by
ixe-mta-22.emailfiltering.com with emfmta (version 4.8.3.54) by TLS id
622818794 for compaints@isurance.co.uk;c04ba5b4df13d24c; Thu, 01 Sep
2011 18:52:53 +0100
X-IronPort-Anti-Spam-Filtered: true
I have sent this using my gmail account and my plusnet account with the same block on it. Any idea how to get pas this?

Re: Help with message being spam blocked

Is that meant to be an unedited quote from the response?

for compaints@isurance.co.uk;

I'd have expected compaints to be complaints including a lower case L, and though isurance.co.uk is a registered domain it looks to be 'parked'.
Should it be insurance.co.uk ?

This just tells you that the message has been seen by the spam filter. It is not saying that the filter blocked it. (Much more likely that the address wasn't recognised, as suggested by spraxyt.)
Best wishes

Re: Help with message being spam blocked

No it was an edited version, I removed the "guilty" party's name since I didn't want to spam the mail box.
Hmm could be a spelling mistake, as I have said before I have slight dyslexia and sometimes miss spell things, and if the spell checker doesn't find it...

Re: Help with message being spam blocked

Usually the actual reason for the message being rejected (bounced) is included within the response - something like
Quote
Reporting-MTA: dns; pcl-ipout02.plus.net
Final-Recipient: rfc822;xxxxx@yyyyyy.net
Action: failed
Status: 5.0.0 (permanent failure)
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 554-'imta36.pppp.qqqqq.rrrrr.yyyyyy.net block for spam'.

... if it was being blocked for spam.
However since you've tried using Google and Plusnet some other explanation seems likely - misspelling the address seems a likely one.

Re: Help with message being spam blocked

I resent it using the added "l" and it seems to have been sent ok.
Thanks all.
